1. Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₦3,000 is required to activate your account.
2. Account Types: Free Members earn 2% cashback on product purchases. Distributors earn 2% instant cashback plus a 3% monthly personal purchase bonus and 1% monthly team purchase bonus.
3. Matrix Placement: Members are placed in a forced binary matrix. Placement is based on your chosen upline and available leg selection. Once placed, position cannot be changed.
4. Cashback Payments: Monthly cashback bonuses for distributors are paid on the designated payout day each month (default: 28th). The company reserves the right to adjust payout dates.
5. Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days pending verification.
6. Prohibited Activities: Any form of fraud, spamming, or misrepresentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
7. Product Purchases: All product sales are final. Returns are subject to the company's 7-day return policy for eligible items.
8. Privacy: Your personal data is securely stored and will never be sold to third parties. It may be used for platform communications and account management.
9. Company Events: Participation in competitions, outreaches, and recognition events is voluntary. Prizes are subject to eligibility criteria set by the company.
10. Amendments: TEMLIFE Helpers Global reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
